Lay Council

The Department of Lay shall be responsible for the program of the lay ministry in the Church in accordance with the objectives and structure outlined by the General Department of Lay Ministry. 

 Any member of the church can join the Dept. of Lay Ministry. The department shall be under the direction of the Lay leader elected by the Lay Department membership.
