Sunday School is a strategy that guides learners to come to know Jesus. Sunday School is a
strategy for deepening the learner's walk with Christ toward evangelism, discipleship,
fellowship, ministry, and worship.
We make a deliberate effort to ensure that we provide ample opportunity for
the teaching ministry. We have Bible Studies each Wednesday. Our regular
evening Bible Study, which is led by our Pastor, meets at 7:00 p.m. Prayer is our time of fellowship with God.
It builds our relationship with our Heavenly Father and prepares us for His work. Intercessory Prayer meets
every Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m.
The Lay Ministry is inclusive of many of the ministries of the Church. It
enriches, influences and leads members toward a committed relationship to God and the Church.
Corinthians 12: 4-7
"There are different gifts but the same Spirit; there are different forms of service but the same Lord;
there are different workings but the same God who produces all of them in everyone. To each individual the
manifestations of the Spirit is given for some benefit."

Music Ministry seeks to glorify God in Christ, communicating the Gospel in a
vibrant and creative fashion. The Music Ministry provides music groups for every age and involves hundreds
of persons in educational and service activities on a weekly basis. We place great emphasis upon the worship
of God and upon the wonderful responsibilities of leading and equipping persons to be actively involved in that
important act. Our music ministry consists of a broad range of music, including gospels,
spirituals and contemporary numbers. We also have a Praise Team that leads the
worship experience every Sunday.
The purpose of the Outreach Ministry is to make a significant
difference in the lives of people who are in need in our community by sharing the love of Christ in words and deeds.
"Ministry: Meets the Needs of the People."
The Tape Ministry carries our Worship Services and Bible Study into the homes of
those who cannot attend YMT CME Church. A small core of dedicated individuals deliver our taped services to the
elderly, the sick, the homebound and their caregivers, and to local nursing homes. Those who are part of this
ministry carry with each tape they deliver the warmth of friendship and the reminder that YMT CME Church cares for
them.

for our church community. To always reflect God's image.
Roman 12:1

God, which is your reasonable service."

Our main purpose is to embrace all women regardless of age and/or ethnicity. To create an environment that allows all women the freedom of expression and to empower them to grow in mind, body and soul – to be a well-balanced woman. This ministry allows women to serve God through our various other ministries in whatever ways we are called.
* The Women's Fellowship aim is to build each other up through Christian love, fellowship, prayer, and encouragement so we can be the best Christian woman that God wants us to be.
* The Women's Missionary society is actively engaged in fulfilling the mission of Christ and the Church. To make that mission and unity known at home and abroad. To study the needs of the society in order to aid in the development of programs, people, processes and resources that will enable the Women's Missionary Society to fulfill its mission. Such studies shall enable the Society to react cooperatively to the moral, ethical, and spiritual issues inherent in spreading the Gospel.
This ministry seeks to establish a fellowship among men based upon biblical principles; provide a place where men can discuss issues from a Christian male perspective; study and understand how scripture informs us as men, husbands, fathers, brothers and community leaders; develop church and community projects for other men and youth in the church and community.
The marriage ministry was established to nurture and enrich marriages in our
church community. It is our desire to see all marriages at YMT CME Church flourish by being centered in Christ and thereby
glorifying to God, for He is the One who designed marriage. This ministry seeks to enhance marriages by involving couples in marriage
building sessions.
Single’s Ministry is an active group of single adults
(never-married, single parents, divorcees and widows/widowers) from various denominations pursuing God single-mindedly
through study, service and fellowship, and in the process, shining God’s light into the community and bringing
pre-Christian singles into a relationship with Christ.
The Tutorial Ministry assists youth of our church and the surrounding communities in enhancing self-esteem, motivation, improving study habits and encouraging them to take responsibility for learning, which is commensurate with their ability to perform in an academic setting. We offer tutorial services to school age children.
The Missionary society is "a light of hope in a trouble world" by implementing the mission and unity of the Christian church in Christ Jesus at home and abroad. We shall encourage the study of the Bible and the needs of society thru fellowship and mutual counsel in order to aid in the development of programs, people processes and resources to fulfill our mission. This will therefore enable the society to react cooperatively to the moral. ethical and spiritual issues inherent in spreading the Gospel.
