~Pastor Ronald L. White, Sr.~
Reverend Ronald L. White, Sr. was born on September 17, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1980, while attending the Mt. Pisgah C.M.E. Church in Baltimore, Maryland, he gave his life to Christ by accepting the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior. He was later called to preach the gospel of our Lord and has never looked back. Rev. White was licensed as a Local Preacher in 1984, ordained both Local Deacon and Traveling Elder on July 28, 1988 at Hopps Memorial C.M.E. Church in Syracuse, New York. Since 1988, Rev. White has served as an itinerate pastor in the Traveling Connection of our church, while working as a Sr. Prof. Staff for the Johns Hopkins Univ. Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel Maryland.  He has served in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia (New York / Washington Annual Conference) and now serves in the Carolina Conference.  He currently serves faithfully as the beloved pastor of Young Missionary Temple C.M.E. Church in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We are blessed and highly favored to have one of the greatest leaders of our denomination to shepherd our congregation. Through his leadership and vision, God will take us to higher ground. Rev. White is known as a visionary, very loving, caring, and spirit-filled person who always seeks ways to empower and motivate disciples of all ages. His shepherds' rod disciplines as well as guides and comforts. He embodies the song:

“If I can help somebody as I travel along,
If I can cheer someone with a word or a song,
If I can show somebody who is going wrong,
Then my living will not be in vain.”
And how shall they preach unless they are sent?  As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!"

Romans 10:15
